Shipping Rates:
- Local (Bow Valley)
- FREE delivery within a 30km radius of Canmore.
- Canada, USA, and international
- Rates are set per item, and delivery location, and are subject to change.
Shipping destinations:
- We ship both within Canada and worldwide.
Shipping times:
- Local orders for pickup are typically ready within 24 hours--if not sooner.
- Orders in Western Canada take 2 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 2 business days. Orders across Canada can take 5-7 days to arrive. Packages within Canada are shipped by Canada Post or a courier service.
- International orders can take 20-60 business days to be delivered via Canada Post, and we ship within 2 business days. Please note: customs may delay transit time upon arrival to destination country.
- Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
Tracking:
If you are having trouble receiving your order, we will be happy to track your order for you. Please contact us at info@fonz.store with your order ID# and we will provide you with the status of your order or contact the shipping carrier to resolve any shipping issues.
